The short version
Play free, play fair. Don’t hack the site, don’t abuse it, and remember that games belong to the people who made them. We offer everything as-is, with no warranties. That’s the deal — keep reading for the details.
Using the site means you’re okay with these terms
Games-Juegos (games-juegos.com) is a free games portal for personal entertainment. If you use the site, these terms apply. If you disagree with any of them, the honest answer is: please don’t use the site.
The games belong to their creators
Most games here are made and owned by third-party developers and publishers. We gather and embed them so they’re easy to find and play. Two things follow from that:
They’re provided “as is.” We test every game before adding it, but we can’t promise any game will always be available, bug-free, or work on every device. When a game runs, it runs on its provider’s servers, not ours.
We respect takedowns. If you own a game (or content) that shouldn’t be here, email contact@games-juegos.com with the exact link, proof of ownership, and your contact details. Valid requests get handled fast, no runaround. And if you’re a developer who wants a game here — same address, we’d love to hear from you.
The don’ts
Short list, common sense:
Don’t attack or overload the site, don’t scrape or republish our content as your own, don’t tamper with protections or tracking-prevention measures, and don’t use the site for anything illegal. If you’re too young to agree to these terms under your local laws, please play with a parent’s blessing instead.
No warranty, and liability has limits
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages — lost data, lost profits, lost sleep — coming from your use of the site or any game on it. If the law in your country gives you stronger rights anyway, those still apply; some places just don’t allow certain limits, and this paragraph respects that.
Things change
We may add, change or remove games and features at any time — including any game you love, unfortunately. These terms can change too; the current version always lives on this page with its date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, that counts as accepting it.
We can say goodbye
If someone repeatedly breaks these terms, we can block or restrict their access. We’d rather never do this — don’t make us.

Usar la web significa que aceptas estos términos
Games-Juegos (games-juegos.com) es un portal gratuito de juegos con fines de entretenimiento personal. Si usas la web, estos términos se aplican. Si no estás de acuerdo con alguno, la respuesta honesta es: por favor no uses la web.
Los juegos pertenecen a sus creadores
La mayoría de los juegos son creación y propiedad de desarrolladores y editores externos. Nosotros los reunimos e incrustamos para que sean fáciles de encontrar y jugar. De ahí se deducen dos cosas:
Se ofrecen “tal cual”. Probamos cada juego antes de añadirlo, pero no podemos prometer que un juego esté siempre disponible, sin errores o que funcione en todos los dispositivos. Cuando un juego corre, corre en los servidores de su proveedor, no en los nuestros.
Respetamos las retiradas. Si eres dueño de un juego (o contenido) que no debería estar aquí, escribe a contact@games-juegos.com con el enlace exacto, la prueba de propiedad y tus datos de contacto. Las solicitudes válidas se atienden rápido y sin vueltas. Y si eres desarrollador y quieres tu juego aquí — misma dirección, encantados de leerte.
Lo que no se hace
Lista corta, sentido común:
No ataques ni sobrecargues la web, no copies o republiques nuestro contenido como tuyo, no manipules protecciones o sistemas de medición, y no uses la web para nada ilegal. Si eres demasiado joven para aceptar estos términos según tu ley local, juega con el permiso de un padre o madre.
Sin garantía, y la responsabilidad tiene límites
La web se ofrece “tal cual” y “según disponibilidad”. En la máxima medida que permita la ley, no respondemos por daños indirectos o consecutivos — datos perdidos, beneficios perdidos, noches sin dormir — derivados del uso de la web o de cualquier juego. Si la ley de tu país te da derechos más fuertes, esos siguen en pie; algunos lugares no permiten ciertos límites y este párrafo lo respeta.
Las cosas cambian
Podemos añadir, cambiar o quitar juegos y funciones en cualquier momento — incluido ese juego que tanto te gusta, por desgracia. Estos términos también pueden cambiar; la versión actual vive siempre en esta página con su fecha arriba. Si sigues usando la web después de un cambio, cuenta como aceptación.
Podemos despedirnos
Si alguien rompe estos términos repetidamente, podemos bloquear o restringir su acceso. Preferiríamos no hacerlo nunca — no nos obligues.
